Barbie as the island princess part 2

Barbie as the island princess part 2

Would be helpful if people posted where they are located to see of there is any geographic correlation to shipping center or USPS office. It has happened to me on and off for a couple years. However, since last November 75% of disks are unplayable. In the last month 98% are unplayable. I currently show 28 cracked disks in my queue I have extras from customer service. I have both a Pioneer Elite Bluray player and a PS3 both with updated firmware. Neither will play these movies. I think I will go look at Blockbusters offerings. If they are smart they will have an import your netflix queue widget. They want people to add their problems to a map they have posted at the site. Just joined Netflix. I am in week three. I am at a 30% cracked disc ratio so far. My first month is free and it looks like it will be last month. Customer service did acknowledge the problem, but having read this blog I think I am being played for a fool by Netflix. Almost a year ago a post was made that Netflix was working on the problem. I think the Hubble telescope was fixed in less time than that. Well where is the fix. It is obvious a more protective mailer for BR discs would solve the problem. I have seen these posts about cracked blu-ray discs all over the internet. I have recieved 21 blu-rays to date in the mail and ALL 21 worked PERFECTLY! I am curious if I am just getting lucky, has netflix solved the problem, or will i be getting a batch of cracked blu-rays soon? I finally decided to google this and sure enough this is a prime example of exactly what I am dealing with. They only barbie as the island princess part 2 discounted 50% service plus ship out additional titles in my list. We I am on 5 for Resident Evil BR. The other two additional titles in my list ALSO came cracked. I just asked if they would make a slightly stronger envelope to barbie as the island princess part 2 these and she said there are many reasons why the company is not going to change their envelope design. I thought to myself, how much is each BluRay title costing them? I would think the cost of one cracked disc would cover the cost of a years worth of mailing envelopes. Wow, I think I might turn on my Blockbuster service again, never had the issue with them on BluRay titles. I live in the Puyallup, WA area so maybe it is my Post Office. They phone rep did mention the areas that have most of the problems are ones that the Post Office uses their sorting machines. A very slight change in design could fix this but I guess they have no plan on doing so. For such well designed website and good english speaking customer service I am suprised by this QC issue. First BluRay disc arrived two days ago. I was excited to try it on my new Sony HDTV and PS As everyone gathered to watch the message cannot be read/played. I was disappointed. I thought it was the PS So I bought another BluRay Player. Same cannot be played. I take out the BluRay disc and am studying it and the small crack on the edge becomes visible.
